Currently, we only ship within Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, United States, Canada, South Africa, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Iceland, Liechtenstein, South Korea, Japan, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Mexico, Singapore, Malaysia, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, and Hungary. However, we’re continuously working to expand our reach so that more customers around the world can enjoy our products. Our team is actively developing international shipping options — stay tuned, as new regions will be added soon!

We are committed to offering our customers efficient shipping options worldwide. By default, all international orders are shipped via DHL. For key markets, we use the following carriers:

  • DACH Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein): DHL, DPD
  • United Kingdom (UK) & Ireland (IE): Evri, Royal Mail, DHL

For regions not explicitly listed above, we typically ship using DHL as well. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and carrier details, when available.

customs & import duties

For deliveries outside our markets, additional customs duties or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are collected by local customs authorities.

We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from our warehouse. However, during peak periods, please allow up to 2 business days (Mon–Fri) for processing. Shipping times do not include possible customs clearance delays (if applicable).
